THE RUSE from Behind the scenes Director: Scott Hansen For this video we went back to the days of Nickelodeon and used a Gak substance made out of flour and water to make the vivid colors...We then through the water on the girls dancing...The thing we didn't realize is that flour and water is the main substance of the ingredients that makes up "GLUE"...yes glue...so the girls all had to take 3-4 hour showers afterwards because we essentially threw Glue in their hair.. crazy. |

Label: Victory Records Director: Scott Hansen This video I directed for ADTR was shot in their hometown of Ocala, FL on the RED camera. The concept was by Scott Hansen, Jeremy Carey and John Dorner. We shot at a local skate park for the performance scenes and shot at various locations in Ocala for the other scenes. The video has been featured on the front of Myspace and been on MTV2 rotation for 2 months now. Currently the video took the number one spot away from Greenday's 21 Guns for the number one spot and held that for 2 weeks straight on the FUSE top 20 countdown. |

The video was shot in Virginia Beach, VA out by Sandbridge beach. The video features Model Elisa Ramirez and Tim Reynolds. The approach to the idea was to take a traditional love storyline and tell it in a different way using a dark theme and the beach as a background. Using a beautiful woman who lures a mans heart into the icy depths and they end up taking their lives to sacrifice a love thats not meant to be. |
